There are over 20 million people with diabetes in the United States and a third of them don't even know they have it. People with and without Diabetes are dealing with diabetes effects every day as more and more people develop this disease.

SYNOPSIS: “Diabetes and Me” is a feature-length documentary about the people who live with diabetes and their families. Florence has had diabetes since she was a child. This documentary chronicles what Florence and others with diabetes have had to go through to lead normal lives. Meet the people who have it and their families. Go through their trials and accomplishements as we, for the first time, explore the lives of people with diabetes.

Through interviews, animation, comedy, and music we will explore diabetes with doctors, family members, politicians, famous people with diabetes, their relatives, and researchers.
