SYNOPSIS: “ DIABETES AND ME: Alone In The Crowd" is the story of a Haitian-American woman dealing with diabetes and it’s challenges. In this documentary, she is the face of John Q. Public in America today. Through live action, animation, and music, we meet her dealing with diabetes, as she takes us through the lonliness and shame in her childhood, evolving into a strong woman able to stand on her own with pride.
